Internet Webpages Newspaper (IWN) is a print, online and events company located in Chicago, Illinois.
The IWN Internship Academy Summer Program pledges to support the Summer Jobs+ initiative by committing to hire a minimum of 5 high school students and up to 25 college students for a total expected creation of 30 paid summer jobs. These youth will have the option of working two, four or seven hours per day depending on their availability.
Students will work on creating personalized newspapers, printed directories, books, online WordPress websites, e-commerce storefronts, videos, documentary films and more. The culminating project will be the Chicago International Blog Week, a seven-day special event that includes Chicago International Blog Awards gala and VIP reception for local, national and international bloggers in late August 2012.
